Very well organized restaurant. The reservation times are given at intervals so that longer waiting times are avoided. The service and food were first class. There are also great selections with a reduced menu.

Hunters schnitzel and braised rabbit leg. Both were very good. I had the leg of homemade tagliatelle. Very tasty and the leg did NOT go down in the pasta. Finely seasoned with saffron and lemons / limes. Very friendly service. Short-term reservations outdoors were possible. We would like to come again.

Unfortunately, we didn't come to eat, I went straight back with my family after we had chosen a place. The waitress on last Sunday greeted us without a "hello" or a "good day" with the announcement that we would probably not be particularly clever to take a menu from a central table in the outside area in times of Corona. He now had to disinfect everything again and was visibly annoyed. I and my family have no problem with negative feedback, but if I don't feel welcome in an inn, but rather as a burden, I like to spend my money where people are friendly towards me and my family.

We had several recommendations for the Reblaus restaurant. And the day before we left Hann Münden we visited her. On request, the really friendly service staff could answer existing questions about dishes. The food here is outstanding and definitely worth a visit. Anyone who values ​​fine, sophisticated gastronomy is at the right place here. Due to the ongoing Corona situation, the menu is apparently downsized, which in no way reduces the quality of the food. The home-made pasta is excellent and suitably arranged and coordinated with every dish. I come here again to eat at any time. The price-performance ratio is absolutely consistent and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Friendly service and delicious, high quality food prepared with love. When it comes to ingredients, attention is also paid to the "special". Be it truffle cheese (e.g. on the Mediterranean starter plate; a little bread would have been good with it) or cashew nut foam as a decorative topping on the main course. I would reduce the portion sizes by 30% and lower the price a bit. Still, everyone would be satisfied. It wouldn't hurt the varied menu either.

Very tasty dishes. My rabbit leg was very good. The ribbon noodles were homemade, you can taste it. A good sign is a laurel leaf. The capacchio was with pine nuts and parmesan. Also very good Would eat the dish again.

The food in this restaurant is delicious. But I still give it an excellent 4 stars because when I called (I wanted to have the food picked up) I was served rather sloppily, so that I almost canceled my meal. Still, I'm glad I got my meal. In Hann. There is probably no better restaurant in Münden. The food is made with a lot of love. Nothing comes out of the bag here, you don't need flavor enhancers here either. The service was first class. The prices are fair for what is on offer. There were three of us, each had a 3-course meal, wine & non-alcoholic drinks. Together we were at € 150. The wine selection is also convincing across the board.

A good restautant. We had Jägerschnitzel and char. Both good! It should be emphasized that the pasta is homemade here. The soup was rather watery. Very nice service and there is something to paint for the children, which is also their menu. Sweet! It was very busy!

Thank you for this successful evening in the phylloxera. Both the birthday boy and I were absolutely satisfied. The vegetarian surprise menu was really great, even if my husband had to help me with dessert at the end;) and he was absolutely thrilled with the rabbit. We would love to come back
